After trustpilot review support was proactively solving my problem
After writing a bad report here on Trustpilot I was contacted by XPlora. They managed to activate the delivered sim card now finally and I will now go and check whether it is working. Anyhow it is a bit of a shame that XPlora is so slow in checking and activating the contracts for the watches they already sent out. So I had to wait four weeks now until everything was setup and is working now.
