Nothing they could improve on
We have used Apex in New Zealand and found them completely hassle free. So when we got an email saying they were now in Australia and we were to visit family there we gave them a try. Quick and easy to navigate website some had us soon booked and sorted. At their Melbourne depot we soon had paid checked the car and were on our way. Both family members where added as additional drivers with a quick phone call. Easy after hours drop off and shuttle from local hotel.
