Unfortunately, even giving 1 star feels like too much. My 16-year-old daughter left for a school trip to France yesterday. Before she left the UK, we purchased a 2-day roam pass for her. The payment went through, so we assumed everything was fine — until she messaged us from a friend’s phone saying her roaming wasn’t working. Restarting the phone didn’t help. I contacted their so-called support team via Facebook, and the response I got was laughable: "Sorry for the inconvenience, please ask your daughter to contact us directly." Are you serious? I’m literally telling you she has no way to contact anyone because your network has failed her completely. This is typical copy-paste, scripted nonsense with zero effort to actually help. As soon as my daughter is back, we’re switching to another provider — one that actually has a working support line I can call and speak to a real person. Avoid this network at all costs. It's a waste of time and money. Oh, and by the way — roaming only started working after we paid for an additional 1-day and 2-day roam pass. What a joke.
