Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Friendly helpful staff who made our experience enjoyable. Our experience was all we could have hoped for. We booked on Sunday 27th July 25. Thank you so much. We are now looking forward to our holiday in Bournemouth with Caledonian. The staff member who dealt with us was excellent I'm afraid I can't remember her name but she was a pleasure to deal with.
