Terrible experience today,been using this car wash in WSM by McDonald for years today I noticed that the staff was not the same anyway this new staff had no idea how to wash a vehicle they were smoking while taking the payment then they could remember what wash you paid for,none of the vacuum cleaner’s were working was rubbish everywhere never had a experience like this before,sorry imo lost my business.
