Have j had an engineer visit due to a boiler error code it turned out that the system had lost pressure due to faulty valve. That was acceptable. However, he found that no inhibitor had been put into the system when the system was fitted just over a year ago. As a non engineer, even I know this is essential. Consumer Energy need to introduce better quality controls. Very poor.
