Great experience purchasing my new vehicle
This is the second car I have purchased from John Gross and I returned to the branch based on my previous experience. Stuart, who handled the sale, was really helpful and knowledgeable and I felt totally at ease with him. Of course he wanted to sell me a car but I didn’t find him at all ‘pushy’ and throughout he was polite, friendly and I felt comfortable discussing all aspects of the purchase with him - including financial matters. He helped with sorting out the transfer of my personalised plate and other minor matters that saved me time. I also felt I was offered a very fair price when trading in my previous vehicle. I would definitely recommend John Gross - and Stuart!
