Canceled and rebooked same day I scheduled online
Same day I scheduled online, got a call canceling my appointment due to their technician "calling in sick", most likely their FDA (Front Desk Attendant didn't know how to do their job or this company just has a terrible way of canceling openings when their techs call out and is super delayed. When someone schedules and appointment, and you only have a 9 min window for canceling a rescheduled appointment, maybe make an exception when the person is on their way and was only 10mins past the rescheduled earlier appointment. This seriously ruined my day trying to make it all the way to Lake Oswego from Canby to take the only appointment they had to reconcile there terribly delayed system or terrible FDA. Make your website not take appointments you can't rebook same day, if your tech calls out. And retrain your FDA to not offer an hour earlier appointment when the person is only offered 9min grace period in today's traffic especially when they are going to make a long trip like I did. It is infuriating to be 10mins late on a rebook and not be seen when they are still open for another hour. Either way bad business. Need retraining and revamping of scheduling practices. If my appointment was originally at 1715 (515PM) and you close at 1730 (530) then I am confused at how being 10min late to an hour earlier (1615) appointment would make a difference. Terrible terrible business.
