Terrible Customer ExperienceI raised an issue in January 2025
I raised an issue in January 2025. I am still waiting for a solution. I raised a complaint in April and due to lack of support asked to elevate the complaint 3 weeks ago. They don't respond to questions, promised action doesn't happen, blame others. Hoping owner's read this and get their team moving. 6 months is ridiculous. Costing me hundreds of dollars. They seem not to care. Gary S
