Excellent car rental experience with Apex in Tasmania.
Rented Apex car Feb 2018 from Launceston Tasmania to Hobart. This was the best car rental experience I've ever had. The paperwork in Launceston took only a few minutes and then they fetched the car for us as it was raining. They checked the car and took photos also noting that the car was wet so thorough inspection difficult. Within 10 minutes we were on our way. On arrival at Hobart a charming girl met us straight away, within a couple of minutes the check-in paperwork was finished and she took us to the airport terminal in the rental car so we did not have to transfer our luggage. Altogether a pleasant stress free experience. We have 2 more rentals with Apex during our holiday to Australia, so hopefully 2 more good reviews.
