Very poor service this time round
Very poor service this time round, has used EYG, approx 6 years prior and had NO problems, this time however, everything fine until day before fitting, received phone call on the day, at 08.05 to inform me fitters would not be coming as they had quit, so we now had to wait another 6 weeks, on the day of fitting, no communication from company, at 10.45, having tried to ring on several different numbers, all to no avail, I went to find local office to cancel order, now wish I had. Passed EYG van on way so waited a while, phoned my wife to find out they had turned up. Two fitters, experience doubtful. Unloaded windows and doors and started work (lol). Long story short, broke chair, didn't say anything, very poor fitting of bay window, still not happy with that, told would receive compensation for all inconvenience, still waiting for that, would I recommend, not a chance,have had numerous telephone calls, but it would appear all a lip service, your fitters had no respect for my outside furniture, and they lied when they left stating my bay window was all sorted, funny how when I went to look,the lead was left in such a state, I had to get my steps out to push it all down until someone else was sent out to rectify ALL the problems they had left me with
