(EDITED) Bad experience so far. I cannot even use the eSIM with the plan I bought.
I acquired an eSIM with the 50GB plan on Saturday. Four days later, I still have not my plan activated. Wrote three times to customer support and no answer. The thing that worries me most is that in the confirmation e-mail it says that auto renewal is turned on... I hope they reply my e-mails asap. EDIT: Got a reply from Lycamobile through trustpilot. They'll refund me the amount of money. Thanks. EDIT 2: Ordered another sim. Activation properly done in London. Working at speed of light.
