I came into BJ’s with a friend a couple weeks ago for the first time and we sat at the bar for happy hour. The service was horrible. The pizza was good but it didn’t have enough sauce. The bartender bought me more sauce, but it came out cold. He was in a hurry to leave And didn’t give us good service. I came in today and I met Denise. She smiled and welcomed me and told me my carryout will be ready shortly. We had a really nice conversation and I appreciate her talking to me while I was waiting. My pizza came out so amazingly good. I ordered sausage and onion and she asked me what kind of onions. I thought that was awesome. She is an asset to your restaurant. Seriously I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and Denise is definitely one of the best in biz. Thank you for having her at the front. Her smile is contagious too.
