Excellent customer service
I've not received my phone yet, but my telephone experience with the sales department today was outstanding (although I was surprised to be talking to a lady in South Africa!). Tracy was utterly charming and professional, did not try to sell me anything I didn't want, and explained everything thing clearly. She sent emails confirming information clearly, and I have just received confirmation that my phone has been dispatched. I worked for a major airline for many years, where the emphasis is on customer service and I am hugely impressed by my upgrade experience so far. Thank you Tracy
