Remedy Was a Horrible Experience
It took nearly a month for them to complete my order. No luck reaching “customer service” by phone (despite being on hold in the queue for literally three hours before being hung up on), and no reply by email. My order fianally arrived—long after I sent a request to cancel it and long after it was way too late to give it as the gifts the items were intended to be. Horrible.
