they don't communicate they don't fix the houses they still have no sent my refund and its been over 90 days I was contacted by a Great Jones rep on 12/9/20 stating the issue was over It is now 12/15/20 STILL NO REFUND SO THE EMAILS ARE USELESS AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I WANT MY MONEY
