Made a booking for an event in Osaka Japan. The event was suppose to start at 5pm and last 50 min to 1hr: 10 min and made another appointment that took place at 7 pm. But upon booking the event stated will start at 6 pm not 5 pm so I won't be able to attend the othee event that starts at 7 pm becaue they are far from eaah other. I contacted customer service and told them and they acknowledged they are in the wrong for putting the event start at 5 pm instead of 6 but reused to refund me money instead wanted to give me 30% klook credit. I refused it because it is their fault not mine. They said we will escalate it and after escalation they dubbled down for refusal and offered me 50% credit of klook and I refused. I have all screenshot and them openly admitting being wrong but refusing to compensate me. The amount was about 72$. This will be the last time I book with them and will go for another company like trip instead.
