Don't use Food Lion Delivery thru InstaCart
Tried Food Lion's website and delivery via InstaCart....first of all, the website doesn't work properly so pay close attention to your order before paying. Second, they were out of 3 cases of soda I wanted (half my order) and sent a text asking if I wanted to sub, I immediately said yes and sent them an alternative, but received a text saying my shopper had already checked out. Long story short, I was charged $7.99 BEFORE tip to deliver $23 in groceries. I emailed InstaCart, they sent a form notice saying someone would talk to me and then nothing.
