See UPDATE...They alter the terms and conditions to…

They alter the terms and conditions to a 12month contract AFTER signing up on a no contract basis!!! AVOID ..reported to OFCOM and trading standards.. UPDATE: Since this happened I reached out to Talk Home Mobile about what they had done with the change of contracts and THEY LISTENED! They have now changed the terms and conditions back to the old ones that DO NOT require a 12 month contract. A perfect response. Contacting them since has always been met with very quick responses and a desire to put things right and are now a pleasure to do business with so the review has been upgraded to 4 stars and I will update again in a few months once the sim card has been in use for a bit.

Didn't fit car as promised and wanted…

Didn't fit car as promised and wanted me to make my own templates!. Also returning item was only offered for taking the item myself to a collectplus store at first (24mile round trip with huge box) and then offered collection when I said that it was inconvenient and expensive . No mention of being able to get the correct mats to me for my car. Disappointing all round.
