Elizabeth Cooke has been amazing throughout the process. She was our buyers estate agent, yet she treated us as if we were her clients. She rang weekly with updates and towards the end of the process was instrumental in contacting her clients solicitors, our solicitor and estate agent and her clients buyers solicitors and estate agent to try get this over the line.
