I took in a CD to mail to The US. I was served by Owen. I asked to send my package via the cheapest method (I suggested surface mail). He said the cheapest would be £12. I queried this because I knew it should cost less than £10. At this point Owen stormed off saying I was rude leaving me standing at the counter. Eventually 2 women appeared to help me and they said my package would cost £8 to send. By this time there were about 8 customers behind me waiting to be served. So, to sum up, this chap Owen had tried to charge me 50% over the going rate. So he's either incompetent or dishonest. It makes me wonder how many people have been over charged by him.
