I am disgusted with how this company…
I am disgusted with how this company has dealt with my claim. It has still not been sorted and the claim started in January this year. They lack sympathy and customer care. They are not able to respond to emails correctly. They do seem to be able to read and understand correspondence. They are stalling the claim. They do not seem to care in regard to the stress this is causing an elderly customer. If you are looking to renew your home insurance do not touch these with a barge pole.
