What Customer Service!
Having written a few mixed reviews in the past, this thankfully will be my final one, due to changing providers. If only there was a minus rating for them. For two months or more I've been trying to get simple answers for simple questions, I have now given up. I have tried live chat with a real person, as their chatbot cannot answer the questions, but no real person comes online after waiting close to 1 hour. I have spoken in person & who I spoke to did not have an answer. I have sent numerous emails & after waiting weeks for a reply, I get the same answers from various named so called 'customer service' staff, who as yet cannot answer my simple questions. It's always the same message like, we are sorry for this & will look into it, please use our App to find the answer. IF the answers were there, I would not be calling or sending emails. Yes their prices etc may be good, but customer service..... well is there a department for this! How strange that within 24 hours Lyca manage to respond to this review with their concerns, but cannot answer emails except with the same generated replies each time. Too little too late Lyca, and yes I have replied with my mobile number, I await with bated breath
