Cancelled with no communication
I purchased a home in Michigan to rent as a short term rental. After two months, they found some photos online of the house and abruptly cancelled my policy for “moss on the roof” with no advanced notice. Just an automated email. Little do they know that we’re having a metal roof put onto the house. But there was no communication at all. Just cancelled.
