Very confusing communication
Very confusing communication. When we changed the pick up time of our booking resulted in a email which headed "your car ready for pick up is cancelled". So we booked another car directly at Herz/Thrifty (where we should have picked up the car) and lost our money. Customer service acknowledged that communication has been poorly but wouldn't give any refund. So we paid twice for one and the same rental car . Who is benefitting?
