SOME GREAT SERVICE!
I have just had the absolute best service from an Agent (Kyle) who was friendly, professional, checked out some enquiries by making phone calls and didn’t make me feel a nuisance when I double checked facts back. He even called me back after the call to offer us something which would enhance our trip. I hope My Cruises know what an asset he is - this experience would absolutely encourage me to book with them again. I have read some negative post booking reviews but we are definitely hopeful ongoing service will be just as good.
