The course content was well laid out with relevant information throughout to enable the learner to understand the subject. However the delivery subject was very poor and not what is expected from someone delivering CITB accredited training. The trainers attitude at times was very negative towards the candidates and his explanations lacked understanding and confirmation leading to confusion among those attending the course.
