Security Check
My daughter recently purchased a dress through the website and used her credit card. She is the authorized user and I am the owner of the card. Almost immediately they sent her an email stating there is a security check and to send a screenshot of the transaction as it appears on the online banking statement. If this is not done order will be cancelled. Immediately my concerns for this place kicked into gear and I said no way. However, the transaction still went through. I told them again that this is terrible business practice to ask individuals to send any transaction information via email. The individual still refused to send product unless I give this information or speak over the phone. Now I have no product and they have my money for an additional ten business days. Don't do business here. I think that asking for transaction information of any kind poses a security risk. Doesn't matter how they word it in their policy. Steer clear.
