Dreadful booking experience ..so bad I gave up!
Horrendous attempt and service as I tried to book a holiday with them being a Golden Triangle tour with an extension to Goa. There were a few questions about the quote which I needed clarification. One on pricing as the price had dropped, one on tour cost and one on flights. Nothing too complicated and something every agent should know. After 2 weeks, numerous calls- rarely with the agent, emails which weren’t read, I finally got the answers I wanted …actually 2 of the questions I resolved myself ! Sadly the antics that went on made me lose total trust in Titan Travel and their ability as a Holiday Travel Agent …ans yes I’ve now booked with another Travel company who knew what they were doing.
