Cairo, Alexandria and a Nile Cruise
The itinerary on the web site and the reality are not always the same and they do not inform you of the ridiculous start times for many of the excursions. The day trip to Alexandria was certainly not that good, I appreciate that the lighthouse no longer exists and I like many others on the trip expected a reasonable photo opportunity of where it stood. Take a telephoto lens with you and you may get a decent picture. The trip to Abu Simbel (which was one of my main reasons for booking) involves a 3 a.m. alarm call, the rep refused to even discuss the flights option which is mentioned in the documents. I seriously do not understand why the flight from Cairo to Luxor was at such a stupid time as there are multiple flights throughout the day. Had Titan been more honest about the time you were expected to get up on multiple days, I would not have gone on this holiday and suffice it to say I would rather do without a holiday than go with them in future. As per your request I have reached out to your customer services section and heard nothing, I think this says everything people need to know about your company.
