When looking to sell my fathers run down large terrace house I turned to Townend for help and advise. Martin called at a prearranged time and when he was running slightly late the office called me to apologise and tell me the time he would arrive. Martin advised on putting the property up for auction which would save on selling fees. Townend arranged everything with the auctioneers whom also contacted me. The property was sold within a week of it going up. The auction company were amazing. They kept me informed of all developments more than the solicitors, Townends kept in contact and were there for me on the end of a phone to advise with the mountain of questions a queries I had.
