Extremely late delivery with missing items & poor customer services
Sarah Asghar in online department did miscommitment. Poor customer services. Draging company’s reputation down. After waiting for 45 days, she DID NOT BOTHER TO INFORM MISSING ITEM, and dispatched remaining, giving lame excuse on inquiry later that item arrived late from vendor. I verified from vendor, who told me. Sanaullah sent us order very late. Sarah Asghar is unable to handle complaints. Items delivered extremely late. I will never recommend to buy or trust staff of Sanaullah. My order price was 250,000pkr approx, but staff give a damn to customers.
