Heymondo the phantom coverage
Thanks for your answer and updates. It really shows how your company operates that the reason I'm not covered by your insurance is because my dad got sick 2 days before our trip started. If it had happened right at the airport, then the insurance would have kicked in. So, now I get that I paid for insurance that was basically canceled before we even took off. You didn’t provide any service but still took my money. The least you could do is give me my money back since I got nothing out of this. It feels like a scam. You should probably stop offering coverage for family illness or accidents since it only seems to apply when it suits you. Best regards. Heymondo the phantom coverage. I got an insurance travel with this company and exactly 2 days before departing my father who is an elderly was hospitalised for 7 days. Me and my partner swapped everything we could flights for a late date, obviously paying high prices for that, and we lost some activities we had booked in the destiny. Do you think this marvellous insurance cover me in any way? Nop, not even a “we are sorry about your situation”
