I raised a complaint on 27th November…
I raised a complaint on 27th November as a parcel had gone missing due to a mistake on the post office part and as a result I had to refund the buyer. The post office agreed to send me a £20 voucher to my email which was never received, I have tried to contact numerous people to get this resolved but no one replies, the phone number is fake, you can't speak to a person via that phone number as whichever option you select it send you to an automated message. Just post directly via the Royal mail app as it's cheaper and they are much better service.
