I mean don’t bother insuring your car…
I mean don’t bother insuring your car with them unless you want to be messed around for months to even obtain cctv footage. My car was hit in a car park with CLEAR cctv evidence, but for some reason they have been unable to obtain this from the security office, they have just been delaying me for months, each time claiming they have emailed which they haven’t wasting my time and money!! Will never insure with such an awful company ever again! Multiple phone calls and still hasn’t been resolved!! Will be taking this further, the whole situation has been handled so unprofessionally. Thanks for the reply Anthony but that’s what all your colleagues have said and we are still dealing with this enquiry with no result👍🏻
