TurnKey is HORRIFIC!
Horrific! They tout themselves as having higher-end and luxury vacation rentals, but in truth, they take anyone -- and I mean ANYONE -- who will lob a property at them. We rented a place in Nashville recently and paid a LOT for it. We arrived to find the walls all beat to hell as if a dozen toddlers had been left unattended for a week! And NONE of the TVs even had CABLE TV -- in 2021! NO maintenance, NO care, NO resolutions from these people. All you'll get is apologies and no results from these wannabes! Stick with AirBnB and others if you want to deal with decent people who care about their customers and their brands!
