If I could give a 0 i would. This company were acting on behalf of my buyer. They are liars and their communication is appalling. Said they had put in searches in december, 3 months after sale was agreed. we dropped price to complete before christmas and it turns out searches were only put in 3 weeks ago and we are now half way through Feb. They also claim not to have received emails that they had not dealt with 2 months later despite being chased constantly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I highly suspect that the positive reviews here are fake as they are definitely not the same company. Both myself and my solicitor will be reporting them to the law society.
