10/10 support, very professional and friendly.

I recently purchased a Vibox prebuilt PC and due to my own faults I required support with an issue. The support I received was no less than perfect, incredibly professional while also being friendly and down to earth, it shows that the team is actually passionate about what they do. Although I personally have enough experience to know how to do some of the recommended tasks, I was given step-by-step guides as well as video and photo examples to assist, which will be great for those who may not have as much of an understanding.
