I went here to get my car cleaned paid £19 for top tier clean at 9.10am asked if its been busy today for them to reply I'm the 2nd in and come out of car wash dirty and scratches over the bonnet and above drivers wheel. Spoke to staff who was now aggressive and they filled a incident form and tried writing I arrived at 11.20am which my bank payment says 9.07am and then said 30 cars have gone through today even though same attendant said I was 2nd in today. So lying to cover their back. I tried ringing them and head office and no reply. They need to make right for what they have done. 14-03-2025 at 9.07am
