They take forever to dispatch orders. Staff are unresponsive and don't seem to care. Considering the price of their items, this is awful customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.

Like others have said, nice clothing, but absolutely non-existent customer service. I ordered an item online, to be sent to store. I received an email saying it had been dispatched, but 4 days later, no email to say it was available for pickup in store. I tried to start a live chat, but this function just doesn't work properly (keeps telling me I'm trying to chat outside of working hours, when I am clearly not). So I called instead (after a half hour wait on hold), and the woman I spoke to informed me that yes, the item was available for pickup - after much discussion. However, 2 days later, I get an email from REISS saying the item is not available for pickup, and how I should go about getting a refund. Genuinely bizarre how such a high-end store can have such dreadful customer service channels.
