Loss of TV signal rectified by excellent service.

On Monday evening we suddenly found ourselves with no TV signals from our 'loft' aerial for our sets in both the lounge and kitchen. I contacted Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite first thing on Tuesday morning. By 11.00 an engineer had contacted me to say he would be with us between 13.00 and 16.00. I asked him if he could be more precise and he said he would try and get to us around 14.00. He arrived a few minutes after 14.00 and within an hour he had checked the aerial outputs throughout the house. All showed no signal. He then went into the loft and checked the signal from the aerial. This only left the cable from the aerial to the signal booster/amplifier (also in the loft). The signal into the booster/amplifier was good. He fetched a new booster/amplifier from his van and fitted it. He then checked that all TVs were working perfectly - which they were. He left us a little more than an hour after arriving. Excellent service.
