Ruth is without doubt one of the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with whether it is buying or selling a property. I first came across Ruth when she was selling a property in our local area. When I first contacted Ruth to arrange a viewing she was on holiday but still had the time to answer my calls. After a very positive first impression I decided to get a valuation on my property from Ruth (after already having most of the local estate agents round). Since Ruth was last I thought I’d already made up my mind but decided not to cancel out of courtesy and it’s probably the best decision I made. When Ruth came and valued the house she demonstrated a real enthusiasm for the property and really understood our needs. Her positive can do attitude along with her professionalism change my mind and we decided to market our property with Ruth. Despite a difficult market, Ruth has kept in touch and still managed to secure viewings on our property. Our property we believe has been marketed correctly and we have been able to secure an acceptable offer on our property and furthermore Ruth has also found our next property which we will also be purchasing through her company. If you want the local estate agent who will work the hardest to sell your property, is always available, goes the extra mile, always has a smile and is consummate professional, then I can’t recommend Ruth enough.
