Poor customer servicer…
I called to get help with customer support. I tried to hear or understand Jennifer. Finally I said I don't want to offend you but because of my hearing problems or your accent i need to speak to someone else. She completely ignored me and kept talking. I called back and got a man. Wanted and this point to talk to his supervisor. I asked for supervisor name and he said superman. And he also told me they don't talk to customers. I have had Bitdefender for 3 years but now I am wondering if I want their product.
