The agent who showed us round for our viewings (Louise) was brilliant and it showed throughout our interactions with her. From introducing us to an excellent, knowledgeable mortgage advisor, to doing extra viewings for parent/parents in laws to chasing up issues we needed help with. I would give more stars if I could.
