No warning of account deactivation for not paying.
This lost my respect for using this service. They don't even let you know in advance when your account gets deactivated if you don't pay it. there is no email or countdown before your account suddenly gets deleted. When this happens all your files will get deleted soon after. There is no timeframe after the initial deactivation and so far from now it's been like 5 1/2 days as of Sept 18 2022 2 am pst. I'm waiting for the billing service to hopefully delay the deletion of my files. How does a service not tell you when you could lose all of your backed-up data?!?! One cloud will tell you how long you have and google as well, they'll give you 30 days once the notice shows up. I would get pop-ups of the app reminding me to pay my cloud service, but nothing was said about what happens if I don't pay it, it just tells me to pay. I lost my respect for this because I used it for a year but I had been waiting on starting my job soon and just recently this happened and now I don't know if I already lost everything or not, so all of that year of backing up just gone like that just because they don't tell you how long you can hold off payment maybe because some money issues show up and need a bit of time. I already emailed you guys so I'm just waiting on the billing team to halt my account deletion until I can get my first paycheck. Now another concern is that I'm able to check how much data is used on the cloud from the plan I had on the browser, but what will happen if I finally pay for it?? will it all of a sudden update my available space and show a lot or all has been deleted??? If so will I get a refund for not telling me all my data was lost before paying? I see an issue with refunds so I will point this out in this review if this scenario happens.
