Repair needed
I currently am a renters and my house had a problem that was beyond tenant repair. I contacted the maintenance service provider. Initially the repair company contracted to do the work never showed. After notifying the maintenance service they were able to contact the vendor and get it rescheduled. The repair was done timely and corrected with no follow-up.
