Where do I start

Where do I start. We were moved over from a different property management company with our rental. I started emailing/calling and putting in a maintenance request with Darwin 8-26 asking for help with our pool. It had not been cleaned for 3 to 4 weeks. After about 15 emailed 3 phone calls and 2 maintenance requests and 2 weeks later we finally were able to get our pool cleaned. It ended up being 6 weeks before our pool was cleaned. We also pay for this cleaning service through our rent. I have asked for a credit to this about 3 times now with no response or resolve. That is issue 1. Issue 2: We are never late on our rent. I went into the online portal on 8.29 and paid our rent as was stated in our portal. It cleared out of my checking account on 8.30. On 9-5 I received an email saying that we were late on our rent, I went and checked the portal and there was a random $500 due sitting there with late fees. I called into the emergency call line because that is the only way you can actually speak to someone and I was told it was a system error and in 24-48 hours it would be taken care of. we are 7 days in late fees with a total of $120.00. I have called, emailed and cant get anyone to call me back or fix the issue. At this point I am waiting to be taken to eviction court so I can print out every email, every phone record and my bank statements to show this company is absurd. Lastly, the owners of the home planted these hideous flower bushes. They do not do well in the heat and look dead and like weeds. We received an email from the company saying the City of Tempe needed us to cut our weeds down. I replied saying that these were bushes the home owner planted and someone needs to get that cleared up with this state so we don't get a fine. The response I got was.. well if it isn't a weed just ignore it. I'm sure this isn't that last I will hear from the city on this and when its not Darwin can pay that fee because I'm not. The customer service is awful. The communication is even worse. If you are thinking about renting through this company don't. I wish I could talk to the owners myself to let them know what a waste of their money this company is.
