Very rude and inexperienced
I and my friends and family from the united kingdom have used elitcar for many times, but unfortunately the service has dropped extremely low. Both on taking and dropping the car, we were yelled at and abused by the young guy at the counter. Its such a shame as the guys on WhatsApp are great but due to the embarrassment infront of my children we will no longer use this company. Totally ruined the mood of our holiday.
