Poor quality hardware, non-existent client service

We bought an X6 play. It stopped charging one month after that. We even bought another charger to be sure it's not the charger, and used every other recommendation. (Added bonus: X6 and X5 have different chargers!) The activation email came with a client service email address, we emailed, never got an answer. A bit later we emailed again, and it bounced. Then we used webform to contact them and got an email with very complicated instructions what to do - unacceptable for us. I tried to answer to the email and the email address was not active. It seems they try to avoid the clients! So we are with a broken product and a customer service that does not function. A company to avoid. EDIT: The story continues. I tried to contact the company again, via web form. This means I need to input all data from the beginning (including order number etc), I asked them very precisely to cancel my subscription and to reimburse the prepaid 6 months since I have not been able to use the phone at all. This time I got an answer from a completely new person not even from Norway, who gave an even worse answer than the previous guy, did not answer to my questions at all, and invited me to fill out the webform again if I had further questions. (Of course, I have but it is already pointless since they never answer!) Avoid this company at any cost. EDIT 2 (5 Jan 2024): I am going to complain to customer protection. After all this story --- now the official prepaid 6 month subscription ran out. We were only able to use one month of it before the watch stopped charging. I filled in the same web form about five times, each time explaining from scratch what happened to me, and asking to stop my subscription and get reimbursement. Xplora NEVER answered positively. By now, the prepaid subscription has finished. Today, I got an automatic email from Xplora for asking me to pay for the continuation of the subscription!!!! Absolutely awful company - and once more, avoid them at any cost.
