No sign of my full refund
No sign of my full refund ! You sent a confirmation email telling me you had received my return on 7th August !!! I’m still waiting for my refund. Not able to call customer service as there is no number listed ! Where is my refund !!! I’ve sent an email to your generic customer service email address !! Doubt I will shop with you again ! Absolutely shocking service. Now your team have seen my post on Trustpilot you suddenly agree to the refund which should have been given to me when you received the goods back - but oh dear I still have to wait another 3-4 days !! And you say your customer service number is listed - that’s correct it is, but unfortunately it’s and answerphone service - what’s the point in that !!! As per above absolutely shocking customer service.
